NLBT Nation: Parents and Guardians
What it means to be a NLBT parent/guardian?
Firstly, a huge thank you for trusting in our philosophy and allowing our coaches to play an integral role in your son or daughter's development. As a thank you, we have a family discount for those with 2 or more children in our programs, 10% off for 2 children or 15% off for 3 or more. Contact info@nlbt.ca for more details.
No Gym Rule
At NLBT we believe your son or daughter's time with us should be just that. We want their full undivided attention and if parents/guardians are in the gym during practice we find they are more distracted. Instead, take this opportunity to catch up on groceries, errands, coffee with a friend, etc... From time to time we will invite you in for a parent observation practice.
Expectations
Just as we have expectations for our athletes we also have them for our parents/guardians/family members.
Our three main expectations are:
1) While cheering for your son or daughter and their team during games be respectful of the opposition.
2) If you have an issue or concern with a coach please wait 24 hours before addressing it so everyone involved can have time to think clearly. At NO time is it ok to address a coach during or right after a game.
Contact Angela Torraville directly at angela@nlbt.ca with any concerns.
3) Lastly, enjoy your son or daughter's experience and be there as their biggest fan and number one supporter!!
